Welcome to Philos, At Philos, we’re more than just a delicatessen — we’re a family-run space where great food, quality coffee, and warm hospitality come together. Run by myself (Max), Lucy, and our son Freddie (with our ever-enthusiastic four-legged companion, Cali, by our side), Philos is built on a love for fresh food and a welcoming atmosphere.

We start each day before sunrise, cooking fresh, wholesome food on-site to bring you the best quality and taste. Our menu is packed with vibrant, made-to-order dishes, from colorful salads and handcrafted paninis to indulgent brunch favorites like our signature brunch plate, nourishing granola bowls, and the ultimate classic: a bacon sarnie done right.

Of course, no great meal is complete without an exceptional cup of coffee. That’s why we proudly serve locally roasted coffee from 200 Degrees Coffee, ensuring each cup is rich, smooth, and full of flavour. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick breakfast, catching up with friends over lunch, or grabbing a takeaway coffee to fuel your day, Philos is here to make every visit special.
